At Westwoods Cabinet Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new hardware doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the hardware in its original individual packaging to prevent scratches, ensuring all screws and mounting components are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Westwoods

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
